Help us help you faster

• For a failed or wrong screenshot, include the grab id (from the API response or the console logs) and the URL you captured.
• For an API error, include the error.code from the response. The error reference explains most of them and what to do next.
• For billing, send the email address on your account. Never send a full API key; the first few characters are enough for us to find it.
